• Leading project management for Five9's WFO solutions implementation. • Manage the strategic and day-to-day operational aspects of WFO projects. • Effectively communicate plans, progress, and updates to internal and customer stakeholders. • Articulate the value of Five9’s Professional Services through presentations and discussions. • Understand client requirements and work with teams to formulate Implementation Plans. • Mitigate project risks and deepen client relationships.
• Experience implementing WFO and/or Contact Center solutions with the Verint WFO toolset. • Solid technical knowledge and/or hands-on experience with SaaS, Networking, CRM, and Call Center practices. • Four years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a Project Management position. • Excellent written and verbal skills. • BA/BS or equivalent experience with strong project management and technical call center skills. • Expert at developing and maintaining positive client relationships.
