Description

• Own the roadmap and execution of a high velocity of experiments across the customer lifecycle, ranging from organic search, app store optimization (ASO), localization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) — even new channel launches. • Develop and implement SEO strategies that drive organic traffic lift and take advantage of rising search trends; you’ll monitor and drive SEO technical optimizations, partnering with Engineering and across Marketing to guide content creation that addresses relevant consumer search interest. • Analyze funnel stages to identify key dropoff points and new opportunities for growth; size opportunities to make sure we’re focusing on the most impactful experiments, whether they’re focused on acquisition, conversion, adoption, or retention. • Lead high-priority special projects. You will drive forward priority cross-channel initiatives or analyses, acting as a “swiss army knife” across the Marketing team and partnering with teams like Engineering and Data Science to drive results. • Track and report on key metrics, trends, and performance indicators; be accountable for metrics related to impact of experiments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an analytically-minded role, with 3+ years of experience focused on SEO, ASO, CRO, or other areas of Growth. • A deep understanding of SEO best practices, familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Semrush, and the ability (and desire) to prioritize SEO opportunities effectively. • Strong analytical chops. You have the ability to analyze data to uncover insights — whether in Excel or SQL — and are comfortable clearly explaining your analysis and conclusions. • Experience working cross-functionally across Marketing, Engineering, and Data Science to launch and measure growth experiments. You work well with others and can drive initiatives forward. • A high level of organization; you’re adept at juggling multiple tasks and priorities, and have a system to ensure things don’t slip through the cracks. • A desire to move quickly and experiment, with a good nose for impact. You like testing things, but also have a good sense of which tests are impactful (and which aren’t).
