Description
• Lead and manage the design team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality output from the design team. • Establish and maintain our creative vision, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand image across all touchpoints. • Work collaboratively with teams across Product, Marketing, Communications, and other departments to deliver high-impact brand materials and assets. • Oversee the design process, from brainstorming sessions and sketches to the final delivery of assets, ensuring all designs align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives. • Stay updated with industry trends and tools, incorporating innovative design practices and technologies to keep our visual content fresh and cutting-edge.
Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effective collaboration across teams • Familiarity with design software and tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc • Proven leadership in design, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-quality output • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design, including work within an established design system
