Description

• As the SDR Manager, you will lead the SDR team and drive company's growth. • Shape future prospecting and lead generation strategies. • Prospect notable logos within Fortune 500 and growth tech. • Ensure strategies are executed seamlessly and effectively. • Help Totango + Catalyst retain customers like SAP, Google, and NTT.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the tech sales industry. • Preferred: You have lived through the SDR lifecycle from being an Individual Contributor to Management. • At least 1 year of experience directly or indirectly managing SDRs (e.g., as a Team Lead). • Familiarity with the following tools preferred: • Salesforce • Outreach • ZoomInfo • Chorus/Gong • LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Chilipiper • Completion of a post-secondary degree.
