Description
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Operations Analyst to join our finance team at Catchafire. The Financial Operations Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, managing financial processes, and supporting operational efficiency. This position requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA or bookkeeping certification) is a plus. • Minimum: has goals or is intending to become a CPA • 2-4 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, operations, or a related field. • Experience with financial software (QBO, Bill.com, Rillet, Brex or equivalent) is preferred. • 501(c)(3) accounting experience is a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, particularly Excel and Sheets (advanced functions). • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
