• Lead, inspire and manage a high-performance marketing team as a hands-on marketing leader • Plan and organize the marketing function's operations (demand generation, lead generation, branding, digital, and communications) • Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for company's new go-to-market brand • Understand the business value that company provides and develop clear differentiated messaging • Create and implement an active digital marketing plan to generate qualified marketing leads • Demonstrate a solid analytic focus to determine which marketing investments drive business returns • Support plans for marketing to new prospects and help mine dormant revenue potential • Leverage data and analytics to drive insight and modify business intelligence strategy • Align the organization around the brand, marketing, and revenue objectives • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, influencer programs, PR, and other efforts • Manage and evolve a lead generation process with quantifiable objectives • Focus on developing demand generation function and building a pipeline to drive revenue • Evaluate and enhance search engine optimization to drive customers to the site • Lead the creation of inspiring design, content, and campaigns that build the brand

Requirements

• 10yrs+ years of leadership experience across all aspects of the marketing function • Industry exposure to consumer goods is desired, but not required • Bachelor's in business administration, marketing, communications, or relevant field • Significant experience creating, defining and operationalizing go-to-market strategies • A deep understanding that the sales team is a partner (rather than a customer) of marketing • Both must work as a team to meet and exceed strong revenue growth • Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital and non-digital channels • Experience with marketing technology to actively track inputs and marketing outflows to generate measurable business benefits when partnered with sales • A commitment to a culture that fosters entrepreneurship, innovation, accountability, and candidness
