Description
• Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing commercial agreements • Developing and overseeing data protection and privacy compliance program • Advising on legal issues and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations • Providing training on legal topics • Balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
• Juris Doctor from a top ABA accredited law school • Licensed to practice law in one or more states • 3-5 years of experience as an attorney • Experience in commercial transactions, data privacy, direct-to-consumer, and e-commerce • Knowledge of intellectual property and regulatory matters • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
