• Responsible for restaurant technology installations and post-sales support • Interface with restaurants and customers to optimize service • Manage partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally • Install, configure, and train restaurant staff on products • Work with menu team to configure restaurant menu • Respond to incoming calls, chats, tickets, and cases • Collect and solve feedback from partners and customers • Optimize business performance for restaurant partners • Collaborate with operations, product, and engineering teams • Ensure growth and profitability of restaurant technology solutions
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin required • 1+ years of relevant experience highly preferred • Prior startup experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required
