Description

• The VP of Revenue Marketing is responsible for partnering with product, sales, and sales development teams. • Create and capture demand, then convert it into pipeline across buyer segment, geography, and product line. • Define and execute an integrated marketing strategy to support Pendo’s growth goals. • Lead teams responsible for digital, field, lifecycle, customer marketing, demand gen, and product-led growth. • Serve as the primary point of contact for finance and marketing operations. • Plan and execute pipeline generation and deal acceleration programs. • Spearhead budgeting, attribution, reporting, and performance/ROI analysis. • Develop inbound/outbound lead generation strategy for digital and offline channels. • Guide our marketing tech stack, emphasizing AI tools for efficiency and performance. • Enhance and manage the lead management process. • Align with the product team on PLG motion. • Partner with VP of revenue operations, worldwide sales leadership, and finance to support budget targets and growth objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience driving revenue impact through marketing • 5+ years experience leading and managing a team (5+) direct reports • A successful track record with high-growth B2B SaaS companies • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, AI and BI tools (specific experience with Marketo, Salesforce and Looker a plus) • Exceptional creativity, leadership and strategic thinking skills • Extremely results-oriented and collaborative • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail • Thrives in metrics and data-driven environments
