Description

• Lead efforts in nurturing and expanding a global developer community • Oversee day-to-day community management • Execute engagement plans for Discord community • Collaborate on content creation and curation support • Plan and execute community events • Implement strategies for community growth and advocacy • Utilize analytics tools for data analysis and reporting

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with 2+ years in community management or engagement roles in the cryptocurrency or blockchain space • Strong interpersonal skills • 2+ years of experience in web3 development • 2+ years of hands-on development experience with coding in web3 • Previous experience in leading a community engagement team • Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in data analysis • Experience in engaging with a diverse, international audience • Fluency in English and Spanish required, Portuguese a strong plus

Benefits

• Base Pay Range: $122,500 - $162,500 • Annual Bonus Target: 12.5% • Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)) • Discretionary vacation policy • 10 days of paid sick leave per year • 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
