Description

• Develop and implement digital community engagement strategies to build meaningful connections. • Identify, establish and manage digital partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders. • Manage digital community efforts, including social media and online forums. • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align offline marketing tactics with digital community efforts with overall objectives. • Track and report on digital community engagement metrics, making adjustments as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in community relations, digital marketing, or a related field. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Experience in building online communities • Experience in loyalty marketing and programs a plus. • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans. • Previous healthcare experience is a plus. • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for community engagement.
