Requirements
• Strong alignment with the company values. • Proficient in English (CEFR Level C2). • Experience leading engineers in growth-focused environments. • Skilled in full-stack development, especially Ruby on Rails, React, Sidekiq, Kafka. • Proficient in payment integrations, particularly Stripe. • Experience with A/B tests and data analysis. • Strong project management skills. • Strategic and tactical thinking ability. • Excellent communication skills. • Self-starter with a data-driven approach. • Passion for user-centric growth solutions.
