Description

• Seeking a dynamic Solutions Engineer to revamp and manage Platform Demonstration, Pilot and Trial programs for clients • Regularly meet with clients to understand business objectives and priorities • Develop bespoke experiences to highlight the QA value proposition • Act as a North America liaison to QA global platform and content leadership

Requirements

• 8+ years in Solutions Engineering with 5+ years within a SaaS company that has a complex platform or solution (e.g., Oracle, SAP, BMC, SFDC) • Ability to engage with customers' technical teams and a passion for cloud technologies and software • Strong focus on data to improve team performance and build business cases and mutual success plans with clients • Strong customer advocate, able to build relationships with C-level and VP stakeholders • Ability to move quickly, iterate, and lead from the front • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Experience in e-learning is a plus but not mandatory • Familiarity with Salesforce and ChurnZero or similar software preferred • Strong understanding of e-learning technologies, APIs, integrations, and software development principles • Proven ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and development • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business and technical environments
