• Drive the sales cycle from qualified leads to closing • Nurture relationships with prospects keeping them engaged • Sales demonstrations onsite and virtually • Answer prospect questions about the technology • Engage technical resources as needed during the sales process to respond effectively to detailed questions about implementation and workflow • Uncover pain points and opportunities for CodaMetrix to positively impact customers • Promote the CodaMetrix vision and mission and effectively communicate our value proposition generating excitement and interest in our target market • Attend trade shows and industry events
• 10+ years of enterprise SaaS platform sales experience in healthcare technology • Successful sales track record, regularly exceeding targets • 2+ years of Salesforce experience • Experience in working in small sales organizations and startups • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Superb problem-solving skills and flexible attitude • Ability to think strategically as well as operationalize tactics • Contribute to a positive, successful sales culture
