Description

• Direct and oversee assigned Account Management team. • Develop strategies to drive customer renewals and upsells. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. • Drive renewal process ensuring timely renewal of contracts. • Build repeatable processes to source upsell opportunities. • Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success teams. • Establish key performance metrics and monitor performance regularly. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the Account Management team.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS account management or sales roles. • At least 3 years of direct management experience. • Strategic thinker with ability to develop account management strategies. • Customer-centric approach with focus on long-term relationships. • Strong analytical skills to analyze data and inform decision-making. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • High level of urgency with organization skills and attention to detail. • Strong collaboration skills to remove roadblocks for customers and team. • Advanced problem solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset. • Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills with high approachability. • Driven and passionate about leading and mentoring teams. • Collaborative and results-oriented to drive change across departments. • Embodies Conductor's servant leadership philosophy and people-first culture. • Ability to travel (20%+) to meet clients for Account Reviews and renewals.

Benefits

• Variable compensation: Eligible for a variable bonus based on attainment of quota and performance targets. • The base/variable mix is 60/40.
