Description

• Lead Mid-Market Sales Team: Own the full sales cycle for mid-market clients. • Manage, Train & Enable: Coach a team of early career Sales Representatives. • Develop & Manage Pipeline: Ensure consistent sales performance through qualified opportunities. • Solution Selling: Position Conductor’s technology as the ideal solution for clients. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with marketing and product teams on strategies. • Meet & Exceed Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs of the Mid-Market team.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of B2B SaaS selling experience, including 3 years in a direct sales leadership role • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a sales leadership role • Experience ramping & enabling sales representatives to consistently hit goals • Proven track record of managing deal reviews, role plays, building playbooks, providing business cases, and negotiating deals • Strong understanding of digital marketing • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience managing team activities/ pipeline via CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) • Process driven, meticulously organized and self-motivated • Highly motivated, self-starting sales leader • Experience working cross-functionally with a wide range of employees • Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts • Willingness to travel as needed around 10% annually
