Description

•CookUnity is a chef-to-you marketplace connecting talented chefs with consumers. •We deliver over 1 million meals per month, empowering working chefs and supporting their growth. •Looking for an experienced Engineering Leader to lead our Chef Experience team. •Role crucial in ensuring chefs have best tools and technology to create exceptional culinary experiences.

Requirements

•8+ years of engineering experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role. •Proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced, agile environment. •Experience with consumer-facing platforms, especially those involving creator or partner ecosystems, is a plus. •Strong background in full-stack development, cloud services, and microservices architecture. •Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a passion for developing talent. •Strong understanding of UX principles and a user-centric approach to product development. •Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. •Ability to translate complex technical concepts into language understood by non-technical stakeholders. •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
