• Our ideal candidate will lead our channel growth strategy to scale customer acquisition and resurrect former / lapsed customers through offline channels. We are looking for a senior performance marketer to join our Growth Team as the Senior Growth Manager of Offline Marketing. This person will own end-to-end strategy and implementation of cutting edge marketing campaigns across direct mail, television, streaming/OTT, audio, print, and out of home. He/she will have extensive experience in scaling direct mail, video and audio programs, bring in-depth knowledge of the advertising landscape, and demonstrate a deep understanding of advanced attribution methodologies to measure the impact of our offline media dollars. This leader will manage external agency partners to drive efficient campaign optimizations, identify new partnerships for scale, engage innovative technology and product opportunities, drive concept development, supervise implementation, and manage iterative testing—with the ultimate goal of scaling our new customers, winning back former customers and partnering with a cross-functional team across brand, product, portfolio and technology to drive CookUnity’s brand awareness. • CookUnity has discovered that our chefs provide a unique advantage, offering higher quality and greater variety. Our new performance marketing leader will be able to leverage this differentiation to create unique marketing funnels that cater to various segments of food enthusiasts seeking a superior, effortless dining experience. S/he will excel in creating experimentation frameworks, enabling supply-demand optimization through content experimentation and the creation of numerous landing pages. With a customer-centric approach and a track record of transforming marketing performance data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in online DTC marketing with high-growth consumer-facing companies. • A Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role • Proven experience with scaling and managing direct mail campaigns across key prospect and customer segments • A rigorous, data-driven, and highly analytical mindset • Indisputable track record of growing and scaling innovative businesses or functions • Experience in integrating advanced attribution solutions, i.e. media mixed model, multi-touch attribution system into the planning cycles • High degree of creativity and ability to tell stories • Generate solutions from deconstructing problems derived from qualitative (e.g., branding, design, campaign creatives) and quantitative (e.g., performance, attribution, LTV) marketing challenges • Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks simultaneously, structure and prioritize adequately for you and your teams to maximize business impact in a fast-paced, highly agile and consumer-oriented environment • Proven ability to lead and manage innovative and effective marketing programs that generate results, covering all major offline marketing channels • Extremely analytical and data-driven marketer who can manage various channels, drive traffic and transactions. • Excellent leadership skills that help attract and develop outstanding marketing talent, challenge people to excel and elicit their sustained high performance - a great team player and fun to work with • Experience in managing large marketing budgets
