• Lead and mentor a team of product developers • Conduct weekly 1-1s with direct reports • Run weekly engineering team meetings • Coordinate project team work • Update and improve Engineering onboarding process • Work closely with recruiting team to hire best candidates
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience building and managing engineering teams • 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Software Engineer • Results-oriented with strong customer and business focus • Entrepreneurial and self-directed • Able to communicate complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences • Able to tackle ambiguous and undefined problems
