Description
• Manage a team of Field Applications Engineers (FAEs) responsible for technical selling, delivery, and support to end customers • Own the technical relationship with customers and deployment of Quadric products (processor IP, SDK, and Algorithms) from a corporate perspective into target markets • Collaborate with sales team, engineers, and product managers to obtain accurate information of customer use cases, requirements, and issues • Guide FAEs in preparing technical elements of proposals and contract deliverable exhibits • Work with engineering team to ensure customer requirements are met • Facilitate corporate engineering discussions • Become the 'First internal Customer' for all customer release items • Prepare relevant records, data, and documents for product presentations • Conduct training sessions for demonstrating new products and services • Support sales team in organizing training and product demonstrations • Work with sales, product marketing team, and engineering to enable customer-relevant roadmaps • Write and publish application notes • Evaluate customer's technical requirements and align them with Quadric solutions • Participate in seminars, conferences, and meetings for promoting Quadric products • Hire and Manage global FAE staff
Requirements
• EE or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering • Minimum of 5 years embedded system experience (80% Software, 20% Hardware) • Minimum of 5 years working directly with customers and solving technical issues • Engineering team management experience • Proficiency in C++ >= 11 • Strong background in graphs and related algorithms • Experience with NN platforms: ONNX, Tensorflow, Caffe, Pytorch • Knowledge of front-end and back-end compiler techniques • Experience in compiler strategies for data parallel processors • Knowledge of end-to-end toolchain, including compilers, linkers & debuggers
