Description

• Provide full lifecycle recruiting including active sourcing (with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter) • candidate pipeline development • reviewing resumes • conducting phone interviews • scheduling interviews with the hiring teams • Continue to grow the internal candidate database with qualified candidates • Partner with hiring managers and hiring teams • Review and update interview guide content as needed • Maintain appropriate trackers to ensure enhanced situational awareness • Support candidates with a positive experience throughout the interview process • Source strong candidates with content marketing and branding initiatives • Represent the Corner Alliance brand and reputation • Carry out our Commitments to Deliver, Grow, and Thrive

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 2-4 years of professional, relevant experience in recruiting • Demonstrated experience utilizing advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search strings and other specialized methods • Ability to quickly learn tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JazzHR, and Google Suite • Ability to promote a culture that attracts, engages, and retains top, diverse talent • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the business • Strong written and verbal skills • Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task with multiple candidates • Ability to produce quick results while moving qualified candidates through the process quickly • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
