Description

• Support recruitment processes by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate databases • Enhance sourcing abilities and work with clients • Promote our employer brand and client's brand online and offline • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine position requirements • Maintain candidate databases using our ATS

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven work experience as a recruitment coordinator or recruiter in either the HVAC, Manufacturing, CPG, and/or OTC Consumer Health Products industries • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings) • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs) • Solid verbal and written communication skills • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates • Effective time-management abilities • Experience using Microsoft Suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, etc. • Ability to communicate with colleagues during acceptable business hours
