Description

• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent • Play a crucial role in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline • Consistently maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline for various positions through ATS • Source candidates, screen resumes, schedule and perform interviews • Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process • Onboard new hires in collaboration with the HR team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field • 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates • Experience in recruiting technical roles such as software development • Strong organizational and time management skills.
