Description

•Engage with prospective clients to understand their current Patient Journey and team processes •Conduct comprehensive needs assessments, including via live Workshops, to design Solutions that align with Client business objectives •Drill into clients' technology stacks, partner ecosystems, data requirements, and data structures to inform scope and project plan •Lead compelling product demos to showcase the value of our solutions •Build Business Value cases, including modeling potential platform ROI •Partner with Courier Health's Product team to tailor existing features and/or inform new features based on market feedback and trends •Collaborate with Client Solutions to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding and ensure value generation for our clients

Requirements

•High energy and passion for our mission, our clients, and most importantly, the success of their patients •5+ years of experience in strategic consulting, client-facing enterprise SaaS account management, enterprise pre-sale value engineering or enterprise solutions consulting •Familiarity and comfort discussing technical concepts (e.g. CRM architecture, data storage, data pipelines, API configs, joining complex data sets) •Competitive mindset, motivated to grow our business and brand •Comfortable and experienced presenting to executives and large groups •Analytical mindset with extreme attention to detail •Willingness to travel to client site and conferences •Bonus: experience in supporting rare disease/specialty pharma clients
