Description

• Guides customers through integration of Tabs products • Develops understanding of customer technology requirements • Defines and documents customer needs during kickoff • Guides customer to adopt Tabs and install integrations • Shifts product based on customer insights • Leverages internal resources for technical issues • Supports customers throughout testing and piloting • Builds productive customer relationships • Documents technical considerations for knowledge base • Partners with Sales and Customer Experience for handoff

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience either in Implementation/Solution Engineering in early stage startups or in consulting • Understanding of technical concepts - you’ll be expected to explain how Tabs product and ERP integrations can be used to support advanced customer workflows • Equally comfortable in business and technical context, interacting with executives or talking shop with technical audiences or system admins
