Description

• Own the end-to-end process of new vendors’ onboarding: identification, assessment, SOW finalization, commercials and contract negotiation, ensuring alignment with CG's standards and the impacted teams. • Drive effective contract management, monitoring adherence to terms, conditions and resolve any contract-related disputes. • Foster collaborative and communicative relationships with vendors and TPAs, driving shared success and reinforcing a culture of partnership. • Monitor the vendor performance monthly, analyze the SLAs, KPIs, work with the required teams and implement initiatives for continuous improvement. • Proactively identify opportunities where we can leverage external vendors to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency. • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and lead initiatives to enhance productivity, accuracy, and profitability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer teams, Partner Services, Insurance, Legal, Compliance, etc, to support business objectives and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiation and commercial operations or related roles within the industry. • Track record of identifying process inefficiencies and leading initiatives for improvement with vendors and TPAs, across multiple countries, diverse cultures, and in different languages. • Cost Optimization: Demonstrated ability to identify and implement cost-saving measures and operational efficiencies, through external TPAs or vendors. • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing vendor performance metrics and market benchmarks • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion. • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
