Description
• Manage all aspects of People Operations. • Drive employee engagement and support performance evaluations. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes. • Coordinate training and development initiatives. • Oversee records management and create performance metrics.
Requirements
• At least 4+ years of People Operations/HR Generalist experience, preferably in a high-growth tech startup environment. • Comfort navigating a variety of situations and making sound judgment calls. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Superior professionalism with a clear understanding of HR confidentiality. • High comfort level in providing respectful pushback. • Self-driven with the ability to partner and build relationships. • First-hand experience using an HRIS system and G-Suite tools. • Excellent time management skills. • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
