Description
• responsible for coordinating compliance, training, and internal audit best practices • oversee Agency background clearance process • maintain Grant employment files • assist Managers with compliance questions • maintain incident reports and investigate • assist HR Director with internal investigations • conduct regular internal audits • identify and escalate issues to minimize risk
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Working knowledge of employment policies and employment law is preferred • 6-8 years in benefits administration or related HR experience preferred • Demonstrate a firm understanding of employment law in connection with Disability, PFL, FMLA, ADA, WC, Unemployment etc. • PHR Certification • OPWDD/DYCD Compliance experience
