Description

• Responsible for development and management of ServiceNow platform • Lead technical efforts to align platform with business strategy • Provide consultative technical leadership to third-party vendor team • Maintain and improve implemented modules like ITSM and SPM • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements • Administers and configures ServiceNow platform • Develop fixes for bugs and issues • Create and modify forms, fields, and workflows • Oversee change control and release management • Build dashboards and reports for IT Management • Manage data imports and exports, ensuring integrity • Handle onboarding and offboarding of users • Utilize ServiceNow scripting modules to manage forms • Serve as technical expert for ServiceNow support issues • Ensure all ServiceNow services are reliable and accessible • Design and implement enhancements for user experience • Create knowledge base articles for user support • Resolve incidents and service requests promptly

Requirements

• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting modules • Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, PowerShell • Web service proficiency (REST, SOAP), XML, JSON preferred • Develops and maintains queries against Microsoft SQL databases • Knowledge of ITIL (Change, Incident, Problem Management) • Proficient with ServiceNow components like Automated Discovery Tool • ITIL v3 Foundations certification minimum • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required • ServiceNow Certified System Implementation Specialist preferred • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
