• Selling advertising and sponsorships into FT products • Establishing business plans to increase revenue • Convincing accounts of FT’s editorial proposition • Implementing client media plans efficiently • Building action plans for advertising clients • Negotiating business on a client basis • Working consultatively with ad ops and campaign management teams • Establishing relationships with strategy, planning, and buying teams • Creating compelling sales stories using research • Chasing incoming and pro-active leads
• At least 2 years of advertising sales experience • Strong digital interest and proficiency • A successful sales record • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment • Excellent technical proficiency in Powerpoint, Excel, and Salesforce • Ability to use analytics for revenue encouragement • Experience in creating new revenue opportunities
