Description

• Industrial, Mechanical or Quality Engineer position • Support manufacturing operations and ensure product quality and customer satisfaction • Analyze and improve production processes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Participate in new product development projects • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality tools, such as Six Sigma, DMAIC, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis. • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including injection molding and assembly. • Experience with quality management systems and tools, such as ISO 9001 and FMEA. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and MS Office applications. • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
