Manage digital marketing campaigns for Cytora's AI risk processing platform.

• Designing, drafting and sending Cytora’s monthly Making Risk Flow Digest on LinkedIn
• Promoting and nurturing Cytora’s Making Risk Flow Community, the industry’s first community of risk digitization professionals in the insurance sector
• Working closely with our Partnership and PR team to coordinate, publish and distribute partner announcements, regularly updating our data ecosystem page
• Planning and executing a range of events, including conferences, partner, sponsored and community events
• Ideating, creating and executing Cytora’s organic and paid advertising campaigns across paid search and social, continuously optimising and trying new experiments
• Coordinating and collaborating with creative agencies ensuring the highest quality standard and brand alignment
• Creating effective, both regular and ad-hoc demand-generation campaigns which target Cytora’s ideal audience
• Experimenting regularly with tests throughout new and existing channels to build a better picture of what is working
• Developing a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyer’s journey including customer persona management and buying preferences
• Be responsible for Cytora’s website, including optimisation and performance
