Description
• Oversee and maintain the strategy and execution of digital community initiatives • Be the face and host of key digital programs, engage with community members, and build relationships • Collaborate with internal teams to build integrated community experiences • Analyze community engagement performance metrics and make data-driven decisions • Stay up-to-date with industry news and product updates to make informed decisions about community needs and business
Requirements
• Previous experience working in a digital marketing, program management, engagement or community role • Experience with data analytics and/or have worked closely with data professionals • Ability to prioritize in a complex and fast-paced organization. Adapt to change and pivot plans when necessary • Enthusiastic about building new connections with people from diverse roles and backgrounds, and fostering connections among them • Passionate about communities and excited to build this program from the ground up
