Description

• Seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Public Sector Operations to lead operational strategies • Ensure the seamless functioning of our diverse team spread across various locations throughout the United States. • Play a pivotal role in optimizing efficiency, enhancing collaboration, and driving growth within our dynamic virtual environment. • Partner closely with all internal and external teams. • Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies that align with the company's goals. • Provide high-level project oversight related to resource planning, performance management, quality control, and budget monitoring. • Prepare utilization and burn rate reports, monitoring G&A rates, FFP, and resource optimization. • Provide guidance on software and tools to improve operational efficiency. • Actively participate in capture management, business development, and proposal writing support. • Advisor to executives providing industry best practices and market data. • Identify areas for process optimization and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration • A minimum of 6 years of relevant public sector (federal) professional experience – operations, human resources, financial and/or project management. • Proven leadership skills and abilities • Strong understanding of virtual collaboration tools, project management software, and remote work best practices. • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams. • Strategic mindset, with the ability to align operational strategies with overall business objectives. • Analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster clear and effective remote communication. • Experience in process optimization and change management to drive operational excellence. • Budget management experience and financial acumen. • Adaptability and resilience, given the dynamic nature of virtual work environments.
