• Provide expert support for Azure cloud platform. • Lead troubleshooting and incident resolution. • Implement monitoring solutions to identify performance issues. • Conduct root cause analysis to prevent incidents. • Monitor system health and optimize data workflows. • Support design of Azure network infrastructure. • Ensure adherence to security and compliance best practices. • Develop automation scripts to streamline support tasks. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cloud solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in Azure cloud environments. • In-depth experience with Azure networking components. • Strong working knowledge of legacy and managed data platforms. • Proven experience in managing operational issues in Azure environments. • Experience in conducting root cause analysis and system optimizations. • Hands-on experience with automation tools.
