• Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier sales talent • Provide coaching and development for your team • Develop the overall growth strategy within a base of 2100+ customers • Develop and execute strategic account plans • Create and maintain an updated forecast • Work closely with Customer Success to anticipate customer needs • Monitor market conditions and customer feedback • Implement best practices and provide training for Account Managers' success

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in leading high performing sales teams within a Saas company • Prior success managing sales organizations within a rapidly evolving environment • Ability to attract, hire, coach, and develop sales talent • Proven ability to drive results • Strong analytical, strategy, and productivity skills • Highly proficient communication skills • A passion for learning • Highly professional approach to delivering exceptional customer service
