• Ownership of all post-sale client communication, managing day-to-day operations and account oversight for our Self-Service clients • Develop expert level knowledge of the DeepIntent marketing platform • Maintain up-to-date information on all accounts and campaigns in our CRM • Develop and grow strong relationships with clients through exceptional client service • Manage pacing and delivery, identifying the opportunity for campaign optimizations • Manage the onboarding process for all new accounts • Work closely with Sales and other internal counterparts to identify growth opportunities • Work with the Engineering & Product teams to continue improving the platform • Develop best practices within the Operations organization • Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to digital marketing • Oversee all billing and account reconciliation for assigned Self-Service accounts
• 2+ years of experience in Campaign Management, Account Management and/or Customer Success role within the Ad Tech or Digital Media space working with advertisers and agencies • Strong knowledge of the ad-tech ecosystem, key industry partners and technical market standards (ad serving, SSP, DSP, IAS, DV, etc.) • Passion for digital and keen understanding of the digital advertising landscape • Detail oriented and organized with experience managing multiple projects and accounts • Prior programmatic trading experience within an agency or 3rd party trade desk • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proven track record of success owning customer relationships, hands-on experience in a DSP, prior ownership of client meetings, QBRs, product training, data analysis, and strategic business reviews
