• Build data and analytics products for decision making and self-service functionality • Deliver dashboards and insights to consulting teams managing global retail and consumer clients
• 3+ years as a BI Developer or similar role • Bachelor’s Degree or BS or comparable degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Advanced BI development skills and knowledge of interactive data visualization best practices • Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and managing databases • Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes • Experience developing and applying predictive models and other advanced statistical approaches, preferably in a marketing, media, or retail context • A strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to prioritize immediate needs and create roadmaps for future needs • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in an understandable and actionable manner • Competency in Excel for data manipulation
