Requirements
• Committed to supporting public school teachers and students • At least eight years of experience, including three years in fundraising, partnership management, business development, or sales • Experience mentoring or developing peers • Strategic thinking and aim to improve craft and partnerships • Deep curiosity about organizational motivations and structures • Proven ability to build and deepen professional relationships • Strong project management and organizational skills • Inventive problem-solver in identifying solutions and opportunities • Flexibility, teamwork, humility, and transparency
