Description

•Develop, manage, and execute on a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Dorsia's brand values, objectives, and target audience. •Oversee Dorsia's profiles on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social channels; remain informed on emerging platforms that fit our brand's audience. •Collaborate with Editorial Director to build and nurture Dorsia community through compelling storytelling, experiences, and content distributed across social channels. •Collaborate with the broader marketing, comms, and design teams to ensure that our brand messaging and visual identity are consistent across all social channels and touchpoints. •Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and key markets, and use this knowledge to inform the development of a social strategy that resonates with our members and followers, and adheres to the nuances of each market. •Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. •Work closely with design, content, marketing, PR, and events teams to coordinate and amplify launches and other brand events. •Work with creators and influencers to produce engaging, platform-specific content to help grow an audience, convert followers into members, and drive bookings. •Monitor and report on the performance of influencer campaigns and use data insights to optimize future campaigns •Build and maintain a centralized, integrated, and comprehensive cultural calendar—driving alignment and prioritization of marketing initiatives across the org and ensuring activations support enterprise business objectives. •Respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly, ensuring that every interaction with our brand is positive.

Requirements

•2-5 years of experience in social media with a focus in hospitality, luxury, media, fashion, design, or membership-based products and services. •Understanding of the social media landscape; ability to keep up with constant change within the social media industry including social algorithms and AI •Proficiency with social media analytics tools and platforms. •Strong writing and video editing skills with impeccable attention to detail. •Proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. •A passion for luxury, lifestyle, food, and storytelling. •Highly organized but able to be flexible, nimble, and scrappy.
