Description

• Partner with VPs and SVPs in R&D organization on people matters • Interpret R&D's strategy and integrate it into HR's roadmap • Promote positive employee relationships • Support performance management, succession planning, and employee development • Coach managers on talent management • Navigate complex employee relations issues • Enhance employee experience • Manage compliance-related activities • Develop working relationships with stakeholders, global HRBP team, and HR COE team

Requirements

• 8+ years of Human Resources experience • 2+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience • Strong preference for experience in high-growth or tech companies • Broad HR knowledge in employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, compensation, and talent acquisition
