Description
• The Sr HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic liaison between business units, central HR teams, and HR leadership • Assess organizational needs and translate them into strategic people plans across talent management, performance management, compensation, career development, and leadership capability • Requires clear communication, professional interpersonal skills, and the ability to operate in an innovative environment • Prioritize initiatives with the highest impact, focusing on broad organizational improvements
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred) • Minimum of 8 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 5 years in a HRBP role supporting global leaders • Proven experience in a global or multinational company
