• Own and control the sales process for Visier’s embedded platform.
• Achieve annual sales quota based on Annual Contract Value.

Account Executive, Embedded Analytics

Drive new business sales for Visier’s analytics software in large enterprises.

• Own and control the new business sales process for Visier’s flagship enterprise product within our largest, most strategic named accounts, >25k employees; including engaging and managing internal/external stakeholders, and maintaining momentum
• Develop and implement innovative pipeline growth activities across different verticals within a strategic territory
• Effectively research prospects to identify, learn and understand the unique business challenges they are facing, and develop influential business cases and tailored solutions
• Boldly address financial and budgetary blockers with prospects whenever needed - offer creative solutions and confidently challenge their current ways of thinking about budget and procuring analytics software
• Apply your strategic sales skills to tactfully navigate complex and lengthy buying processes, using problem-solving skills and tenacity to continuously overcome objections and drive deals forward
• Bring your passion for continuous improvement to learn from objections, your peers and industry leaders to discover new ways to secure new business leads and close deals

Strategic Account Executive

Marketing

Drive multichannel marketing strategy for Visier in North America.

• Defining, innovating, and leading the development of an omni-channel marketing plan, including budget requirements, goals, and KPIs to effectively achieve pipeline quantity, quality, velocity, win rates, and ROMI for the region.
• Partnering with regional sales directors, account executives, and business development reps to define, evolve, and communicate strategic marketing plans as market dynamics evolve, ensuring alignment of goals, objectives, and strategies with regional account plans.
• Taking accountability for making a business impact by planning and executing a variety of advanced account-based marketing programs that build new business pipeline and support deal velocity and progression. This may include online and offline campaigns, events, digital campaigns, customer stories, plays and playbooks, social selling, and personally hosting online and offline events, etc.
• Planning and executing proprietary and third-party in-person and virtual events for the owned territory as well as digital campaigns to activate and progress business opportunities.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to identify market segments and develop strategic marketing programs that deliver success at each customer touchpoint and each stage of the buyer’s journey – and sharing best practices.
• Forecasting and managing assigned budget, and selecting and managing external vendors and agencies.
• Regularly monitoring and tracking performance of marketing activities and programs.
• Analyzing, reporting, and presenting on campaign and KPI performance, regional success, deliverables, and programs.
• Performing other duties as required.

Senior Field Marketing Manager

Control the sales process for embedded analytics solutions for various software providers.

• Own and control the sales process for Visier’s embedded platform & solutions across key verticals; including HRIS, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management software providers
• Achieve annual sales quota based on Annual Contract Value
• Focus on planning and preparing by utilizing effective research techniques to identify Customer’s strategic priorities and aligning Visier value
• Listen & learn to understand the unique business challenges your prospects are facing, and align Visier’s award-winning product as a compelling solution
• Recommend & guide packaging decisions and go-to-market strategy for each prospect’s embedded implementation
• Boldly address financial and budgetary blockers with prospects whenever needed - offer creative solutions and confidently challenge their current ways of thinking about budget and build/buy/partner considerations
• Demonstrate learning agility to continuously improve as an Account Executive and develop and implement innovative pipeline growth activities
• Partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members across the Embedded Analytics team throughout the entire sales process, including marketing, demand generation, business development, solution consultants, partner success, and product
• Positively contribute to a high-performance sales team and culture, focused on 'winning as a team', and 'winning as a habit'
