Description

- Answer inbound phone calls from prospective borrowers and respond to inbound web leads - Proactively prospect for new borrowers and loan opportunities - Represent Easy Street Capital professionally and generate/close monthly sales quotas - Provide feedback to marketing team and help optimize marketing strategies - Establish and maintain relationships with borrowers with a long-term perspective - Work closely with an experienced team to continue growing the company.

Requirements

• Private lending experience (required) • Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM software (preferred) • Investment real estate experience (preferred) • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) • Confident on the phone • High level of drive and desire to succeed • Ability to handle rejection • Positive attitude with a 'team player' mentality • Self-starter who can identify areas of opportunity without direction • Entrepreneurial mindset • Accountability • Strong organizational skills • Ability to thrive with a commission-oriented compensation structure.
