Description
• Assistant, Community will lead key workstreams such as: Supporting the Community Department Supporting the Programs Team & Broader Organization
Requirements
• Global Social Justice Orientation: Facility with discussion and continuous learning that roots out identity biases in a globally resonant way • Fierce Love of Tools: Consistent documenter and organizer with exceptional facility with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets); experience with or dedication to learning new tools (Salesforce, SurveyMonkey Apply, Form Assembly, Campaign Monitor, Basecamp) • Just-as-Fierce Love of Data: Demonstrated ability to collect, review, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data • Sharp Prioritization: Driven by finding solutions to complex problems and juggling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, global organization • Detail-Oriented Communication: Attention to detail in written and verbal communication across internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels (e.g. senior staff, Fellows, external judges, peers) and create error-free calendar invites, email responses, and process documents that reflect the Community Team’s voice • Human-Centered Approach: Commitment to collaboration, laughter, and candor for oneself and others in the workplace
