• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Ema, increase brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition. • Brand Building: Establish and maintain a strong brand presence across various online and offline channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity. • Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for marketing collateral, including website copy, blog posts, whitepaper, social media posts, email newsletters, and press releases. • Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms, and content marketing to reach target audiences and generate leads. • Social Media Management: Oversee social media channels, including content planning, posting, engagement, and community management to foster meaningful interactions with our audience. • Public Relations: Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to secure press coverage, speaking opportunities, and partnerships that amplify our brand presence. • Analytics and Optimization: Track and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies for maximum impact. • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape, informing marketing strategies and decision-making.
• Marketing Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing, content creation, and brand management, preferably in the technology or AI industry. • Creativity: Strong creative skills with the ability to generate innovative ideas and develop compelling content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences. • Digital Marketing Proficiency: Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and content management systems. • Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance and ROI. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messaging tailored to different audiences and channels, especially for highly technical products. • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, embrace new technologies and trends, and pivot strategies as needed to drive results and stay ahead of the curve in the dynamic AI landscape.
