Description

• Process orders using ERP system • Handle email inquiries from Customers (retailers) • Work closely with the Warehouse on cuts • Document management/electronic filing • Customer communication via email

Requirements

• 4-year college degree/ bachelor’s degree • Min 5 years of Customer Service and/or logistics experience in the area of International • Knowledge of export shipping, documentation, and country requirements • Must have current, working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred), Microsoft Word and Excel • Must have the capability to prioritize and plan to effectively meet the daily deadlines • Must be organized to handle high volume with great follow-up/ follow-through • Must be detailed oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills
