Description

• Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. • Coordinate with candidates and the Senior Technical Recruiter to schedule technical assessments and interviews. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. • Work closely with the Senior Technical Recruiter to understand hiring needs and provide support as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the tech industry. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS, job boards). • Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively in a remote environment. • Friendly, professional, and able to build relationships with candidates and team members.
