Requirements
• Minimum 4-year college degree • 3+ years of proven mortgage sales success • Residential and commercial mortgage sales experience preferred • Strong IT and written skills • Self-starter, able to work and interact at multiple levels • Ability to make decisions after appropriate evaluation and consultation • Ability to adapt to an innovative business environment
