Description

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for our expanding commercial and engineering teams • Source and engage candidates passionate about climate tech and collaborate with leadership to assess skills and potential • Own and optimize the initial stages of the interview process, keeping candidates and internal stakeholders informed of next steps • Work with candidates at all levels of their career, from entry-level to senior management • Manage multiple talent pipelines to ensure excellent candidate experiences and meet our ambitious hiring goals • Utilize data analytics to measure recruiting success and provide compelling updates • Build and maintain professional relationships with industry organizations and meet-up groups

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with coursework in business administration and/or environmental sciences • Experience with Greenhouse ATS and its reporting features • Passion for building a career and professional relationships in the renewable energy industry • Commitment to attending company-sponsored conferences and local industry events • 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (in-house or agency) • A strong commitment to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive company and culture • Ability to work independently and within a team • A genuine interest in helping people find work they will thrive in • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Proven ability to manage multiple processes and priorities, with a willingness to be accountable in a fast-paced environment
